Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Experience in long-term care, healthcare services, or pharmacy
  • Demonstrated success managing a territory or region
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and regulatory considerations
  • Highly organized with strong time and territory management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational growth targets
  • Prospect and secure new prescribers and partners within the assigned territory
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to proposal development
  • Drive organic growth within existing accounts through service expansion
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with administrators and nursing leadership
  • Conduct routine business reviews to evaluate service performance and address client needs
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to leadership
