Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Experience in long-term care, healthcare services, or pharmacy
- Demonstrated success managing a territory or region
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and regulatory considerations
- Highly organized with strong time and territory management skills
- Ability to travel up to 75%
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational growth targets
- Prospect and secure new prescribers and partners within the assigned territory
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to proposal development
- Drive organic growth within existing accounts through service expansion
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with administrators and nursing leadership
- Conduct routine business reviews to evaluate service performance and address client needs
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to leadership
