Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a sales, business development, SaaS, technology, or B2B commercial role.
  • Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting and generate opportunities through multiple communication channels.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies, lead qualification processes, and pipeline management.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and other sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Resilience, persistence, and confidence when handling objections and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Interest in technology and the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical solutions.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and other engagement channels to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Research, identify, and prioritize target accounts that align with the ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges, needs, and decision-making processes.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with Sales Executives, ensuring smooth handoff and valuable context for successful sales conversations.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize pipeline generation and account penetration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales stakeholders to optimize outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build strong knowledge of the product, industry landscape, and customer use cases to effectively communicate value propositions.
