Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in growth analytics, MarTech, or marketing analytics.
- Strong hands-on SQL experience using cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Fluency in modern BI tools such as Hex, Tableau, Looker, or Mode.
- Proven experience implementing and debugging pixels, CAPI, and server-side tagging (e.g., Meta, Google, Pinterest).
- Familiarity with GTM and consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust).
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of A/B testing using platforms like Optimizely, Statsig, or GrowthBook.
- Experience with attribution platforms such as Rockerbox, Northbeam, or Triple Whale.
- Proficiency with feed management tools like Feedonomics or GoDataFeed.
- Demonstrated ability to write crisp Jira tickets and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- AI-native working style, utilizing tools like Claude, Cursor, or Codex for development and analysis.
- Experience managing vendor contracts and data quality accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the weekly performance huddle and conduct ad-hoc analysis across marketing, brand services, and product using Hex, Tableau, and Snowflake.
- Manage the end-to-end A/B testing program, covering ideation, instrumentation, analysis, and implementation across the conversion funnel.
- Own MarTech signaling and data quality, including management of pixels, CAPI, server-side tagging, GTM, and OneTrust consent.
- Develop internal dashboards and lightweight applications using AI-native tools like Claude, Cursor, and Codex.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scope experiments and ship updates via Jira.
