Requirements
- 7+ years of related professional experience in analytics or data science.
- 2+ years of experience focusing on product analytics.
- Deep understanding of product analytics metrics such as conversion, churn, engagement, retention, and LTV.
- Strong experience working directly on A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation.
- Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Hex).
- Proven ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across Product, Data Engineering, Finance, Clinical, and Operations to shape product roadmap strategy.
- Translate broad business questions into actionable research and discovery plans.
- Perform proactive data exploration to identify actionable insights.
- Model the impact of new features and determine success criteria.
- Drive experimentation to evaluate new launches and platform improvements.
- Communicate analytical results in a compelling manner to cross-functional stakeholders.
