Requirements
- Healthcare client services or operations experience
- Experience working with healthcare clients
- Strong Excel skills including pivots, VLOOKUP, and formulas
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs independently
- Must be able to work standard U.S. business hours
- Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day communication for assigned health plan clients
- Manage requests and deliverables with tight tracking
- Coordinate outreach, scheduling, field ops, and reporting
- Build client reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Flag risks early and drive fixes fast
- Maintain milestones, notes, and documentation
- Support onboarding and launch of new programs
