Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in Professional Services Implementation, Technical Account Manager, or Sales Enablement position.
- Call Center industry experience is required.
- Heavy experience with managing multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously with little oversight.
- Experience developing processes focused on continuous improvement of sales enablement and professional services.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong combination of project management skills, technical call center expertise, and enablement experience.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, Networking, Internet concepts, CRM, WFM, VoIP, and IVR/VRU.
- Up to 20% national and international travel may be required.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in delegation and providing feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day enablement and educational aspects of multiple strategic Five9 education projects for both internal and partner resources.
- Serve as primary Five9 point of contact for education initiatives.
- Work with Five9 Sales, Services, and Channel stakeholders to understand the vision for growth and success.
- Run regular project status meetings with Learning Program Leader and relevant stakeholders to assess status and results.
- Articulate the value of Five9’s GTM strategy and methodologies to help others drive growth and success.
- Develop materials for internal and partner resources to help drive customer interest and grow revenue.
- Provide enablement training to various customer-facing roles.
- Work with internal business owners to identify enablement needs when partners uncover new use cases.
