Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting clinical providers.
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, specifically with passive candidates.
- Ability to manage high-volume sourcing while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with recruiting technologies, social media, and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for recruiting events, conferences, and site visits.
- Experience recruiting CRNAs or Anesthesiologists (preferred).
- Experience recruiting PRN, locums, or 1099 providers (preferred).
- Experience with conference management or campus/university relations (preferred).
- Experience working in a remote, team-oriented environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit clinical providers while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive CRNA and Anesthesiologist candidates via outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage relationships with SRNA programs, universities, faculty, and students for long-term initiatives.
- Represent the organization at conferences, career fairs, and networking events.
- Partner with hiring leaders and the Director of Talent Acquisition to execute recruiting strategies.
- Execute outreach campaigns using platforms such as Greenhouse, HireEZ, PracticeMatch, LinkedIn, and texting tools.
- Support recruitment marketing, social media engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain documentation within Greenhouse ATS.
