Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, site start-up, feasibility, or site management.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy, nursing, biotechnology, or public health.
- Hands-on CRO or sponsor-facing experience in site identification and study start-up.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, regulatory documentation, and trial activation processes.
- Experience coordinating multiple sites and countries, ideally in CEE or Georgia.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, action logs, and complex documentation QC.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% across Central/Eastern Europe and Georgia.
- IBD clinical trial experience required.
- Experience with Salesforce, Asana, CTMS/eTMF, and Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
- Clinical research certification or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience supporting clinical trials in MASLD, obesity, or cardiology preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a curated network of pre-qualified clinical sites in the CEE and Georgia region.
- Map protocol requirements to site capabilities and manage feasibility questionnaires.
- Coordinate documentation flow and quality checks between sites, CROs, and sponsors.
- Prepare sites for selection and initiation visits (SSV/SIV) and ensure operational readiness.
- Triage site-side operational issues and escalate blockers to internal stakeholders.
- Train site teams on company services, tools, and standardized workflows.
- Monitor cycle times and activation data to drive process improvements across the network.
