Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in operations or related functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse group of business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Operational and technical knowledge in a DTC business environment (desirable).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence software such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau (desirable).
  • Experience working within an agile framework, including managing backlogs and product ownership (desirable).
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar E-Commerce platforms (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver commercial and operational initiatives to support business growth across each region.
  • Continuously optimize and improve the end-to-end performance of the E-Commerce platform.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact within the DTC team, liaising with Marketing, Engineering, Planning, I.T., Supply Chain, DTC Operations and Customer Service.
  • Own all E-Commerce analytics and metrics, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Manage global E-Commerce campaigns, ensuring agreed activities are executed, the calendar of events is updated, and stakeholders are briefed.
