Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, site start-up, feasibility, or site management in Phase 2–4 pharma-sponsored trials.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy, nursing, biotechnology, public health, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in site identification, selection, and study start-up with CRO or sponsor companies.
- Specific experience in IBD clinical trials.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, regulatory documentation, and SSV/SIV preparation.
- Experience coordinating multiple sites and countries across Central/Eastern Europe or Georgia.
- Proven ability to manage trackers, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% across Central/Eastern Europe and Georgia.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, and productivity tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a curated view of pre-qualified sites with GI expertise and validated patient access across the CEE and Georgia region.
- Coordinate CDA execution and complete feasibility questionnaires to deliver consolidated, CRO-ready input.
- Orchestrate day-to-day execution across sites from CDA through CTR readiness, SSV/SIV, and early recruitment.
- Prepare sites for selection and initiation visits, ensuring operational readiness and quality-checked documentation.
- Monitor cycle times, screen/enroll trends, and identify bottlenecks to drive measurable improvements in activation timelines.
- Train site teams on company services, tools, and workflows while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Asana.
