Requirements
- 3-4 years relevant experience administering Polish Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Polish payroll inputs/outputs including third party interfaces, timekeeping, and tax filing/compliance.
- Strong knowledge of benefits and other key areas that integrate with Polish payroll.
- Very good English skills (B2 minimum).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as independently.
Responsibilities
- Support Polish payroll and the payroll team end to end according to defined standards.
- Pro-actively identify upsell opportunities and support the Change Request process.
- Manage statutory year end reporting needs as required by customer contracts.
- Maintain knowledge of Polish legislation requirements and payroll procedures.
- Respond to payroll-related questions and support client engagement activities.
- Update and enforce Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and process documentation.
- Participate in innovation activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Support and guide project implementations and go-lives.
