Requirements

  • 3-4 years relevant experience administering Polish Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish payroll inputs/outputs including third party interfaces, timekeeping, and tax filing/compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and other key areas that integrate with Polish payroll.
  • Very good English skills (B2 minimum).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support Polish payroll and the payroll team end to end according to defined standards.
  • Pro-actively identify upsell opportunities and support the Change Request process.
  • Manage statutory year end reporting needs as required by customer contracts.
  • Maintain knowledge of Polish legislation requirements and payroll procedures.
  • Respond to payroll-related questions and support client engagement activities.
  • Update and enforce Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and process documentation.
  • Participate in innovation activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support and guide project implementations and go-lives.
