Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline or equivalent experience.
- 12 years of experience in cost proposal preparation or development (or 8 years with a master's degree).
- Specific experience in commercial Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
- Extensive knowledge of commercial pricing strategy and proposal development.
- Profound understanding of contract cost and pricing principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong mathematical skills.
- Ability to review and write pricing narrative responses.
- Extensive experience with Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with high volume and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial pricing strategies for new and follow-on business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing proposals with strategic and financial goals.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on cost/price volume components for accuracy and responsiveness.
- Act as a mentor to coordinate and direct pricing staff on large, complex proposals.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in commercial real estate and facilities management.
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities, procedures, and policies.
