Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 10 years of pricing experience within the federal contracting space.
- Experience in program control or financial analyst roles.
- Demonstrated experience with major GWACs, GSA MAS, and IDIQ vehicles.
- Proven success pricing various contract types including FFP, T&M, and CPFF.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel and SharePoint.
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA).
- Understanding of cost accounting, labor category mapping, and basis of estimate development.
- Ability to operate independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of price strategies, pricing models, and cost volumes for proposals ranging from $10K to over $8B.
- Support the full pricing lifecycle from requirements analysis through submission and negotiation.
- Analyze BOEs, labor mixes, escalation factors, and subcontractor inputs for regulatory compliance.
- Develop Price-to-Win (PTW) scenarios and competitive assessments based on market research.
- Support ongoing contract performance by analyzing EACs, ETCs, burn rates, and variance.
- Participate in monthly reviews, financial forecasting, and status reporting.
- Maintain data integrity between pricing baselines and program execution.
