Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 10 years of pricing experience within the federal contracting space.
- Experience with program control or financial analyst roles.
- Demonstrated experience with major GWACs, GSA MAS, and IDIQ vehicles.
- Proven success pricing a variety of contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF).
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations, TINA, and CAS.
- Deep understanding of cost accounting, labor category mapping, and basis of estimate development.
- Strong analytical skills, including modeling in financial tools (Excel, SharePoint).
- Ability to operate independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of price strategies, pricing models, and cost volumes for proposals ranging from $10K to over $8B.
- Support cradle-to-grave pricing lifecycle, from requirements analysis to pricing submission and negotiation.
- Analyze BOEs, labor mixes, escalation factors, and subcontractor pricing inputs for accuracy and compliance.
- Develop Price-to-Win (PTW) scenarios and competitive assessments.
- Ensure alignment with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations.
- Support ongoing contracts by analyzing and reporting on program financial performance, including EACs, ETCs, burn rates and variance analysis.
- Participate in monthly reviews (IPRs), forecasting, and financial status reporting.
- Partner with program managers to ensure financial goals align with operational performance.
