Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in government pricing, government accounting, or a combination of both within a defense or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits, including proposals, incurred cost submissions, or rate reviews.
  • Working knowledge of CAS, FAR, DFARS, and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPoD) requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with indirect rate structures, including provisional billing rates, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP), and Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS).
  • Experience supporting or contributing to CAS Disclosure Statements and/or DFARS Business Systems compliance.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support pricing development for government proposals, ensuring competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain cost models incorporating direct and indirect rate structures.
  • Prepare provisional billing rates, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP), and Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS).
  • Support audit activities with prime contractors, DCMA, and DCAA.
  • Assist in compliance efforts related to DFARS Business Systems (Accounting, Estimating, Government Property).
  • Perform pricing, cost, and profitability analysis to support management decision-making.
