Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in government pricing, government accounting, or a combination of both within a defense or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits, including proposals, incurred cost submissions, or rate reviews.
- Working knowledge of CAS, FAR, DFARS, and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPoD) requirements.
- Hands-on experience with indirect rate structures, including provisional billing rates, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP), and Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS).
- Experience supporting or contributing to CAS Disclosure Statements and/or DFARS Business Systems compliance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support pricing development for government proposals, ensuring competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain cost models incorporating direct and indirect rate structures.
- Prepare provisional billing rates, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP), and Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS).
- Support audit activities with prime contractors, DCMA, and DCAA.
- Assist in compliance efforts related to DFARS Business Systems (Accounting, Estimating, Government Property).
- Perform pricing, cost, and profitability analysis to support management decision-making.
