Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree required.
- Completion of 1-year rotating internship required.
- Experience as an Emergency Clinician or board-certified Specialty Clinician.
- 7+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites or large-scale clinical revenues.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify, oversee, and develop medical leaders to ensure optimal clinician productivity.
- Act as a champion of the organization's mission and vision within the veterinary community.
- Partner with field leadership to cascade initiatives and align medical staff with company goals.
- Monitor operational reports to manage costs and ensure clinical productivity targets.
- Lead the on-site interview and onboarding process for new clinicians.
- Ensure compliance with medical quality and patient safety standards across all assigned hospitals.
