  • Experience leading geographically dispersed field sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth or transformation environments.
  • Ability to travel 25-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional or national field sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition across assigned territories.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and frontline sales representatives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to optimize processes, tools, and CRM usage.
  • Drive strategic account planning and expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in industry events, client meetings, and executive briefings.
