- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed field sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth or transformation environments.
- Ability to travel 25-40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional or national field sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition across assigned territories.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and frontline sales representatives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Sales Operations to optimize processes, tools, and CRM usage.
- Drive strategic account planning and expansion opportunities.
- Represent the organization in industry events, client meetings, and executive briefings.
