  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of enterprise security software sales methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and business strategies.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Expert-level presentation and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement.
  • Ability to establish trust with both internal and external customers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business and technical contexts of account opportunities.
  • Proven ability to act as a self-starter who exudes leadership on account sets.
  • Experience interacting with executive-level decision makers including CXO levels.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers using flexible licensing models like Falcon Flex.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account business plans.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding and accelerated adoption.
  • Transition accounts after the first twelve months to renewal-focused Account Managers.
  • Document customer contact and activity data accurately within CRM and marketing software.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasting and quarterly delivery.
  • Maximize brand recognition and promote success stories.
