Requirements

  • Proven track record in closing deals.
  • Experience managing an inbound sales process in a SaaS company.
  • Consultative sales experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales.
  • Excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong sense of curiosity, empathy, and resilience.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on performance and goal attainment.
  • Ambitious character with an aspiration to overachieve.
  • Get-it-done attitude and ability to problem-solve independently.
  • Interest in the creator economy.

Responsibilities

  • Run deep customer discovery to understand client goals and craft tailored solutions.
  • Curate relevant demos, customer stories, and materials for prospective clients.
  • Manage a full inbound sales pipeline from initial call through to contract close.
  • Facilitate regular client meetings and manage follow-ups to progress deals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure visibility into pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with Product, Success, Support, Marketing, and Finance to resolve issues and improve sales practices.
