Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, Talent Acquisition support, or a related HR role.
- Experience running reports and working with HR data across HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting recruiting or Talent Acquisition teams (preferred).
- Familiarity with HR KPIs, workforce metrics, and reporting dashboards (preferred).
- Experience working in a government contracting or professional services environment (preferred).
- Knowledge of payroll coordination and benefits administration processes (preferred).
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or progress toward certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR service delivery across personnel actions, employee lifecycle changes, and HR transactions.
- Coordinate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of hires, terminations, changes, and audits.
- Assist with benefits administration coordination, including eligibility tracking, enrollments, and employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Run standard and ad-hoc HR reports related to headcount, turnover, hiring activity, benefits, and workforce trends.
- Track and maintain HR and Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline metrics, and retention.
- Support recruitment efforts including requisition tracking, job postings, and interview scheduling.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and reporting efficiency.
