Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, Talent Acquisition support, or a related HR role.
  • Experience running reports and working with HR data across HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting recruiting or Talent Acquisition teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HR KPIs, workforce metrics, and reporting dashboards (preferred).
  • Experience working in a government contracting or professional services environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of payroll coordination and benefits administration processes (preferred).
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or progress toward certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end HR service delivery across personnel actions, employee lifecycle changes, and HR transactions.
  • Coordinate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of hires, terminations, changes, and audits.
  • Assist with benefits administration coordination, including eligibility tracking, enrollments, and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Run standard and ad-hoc HR reports related to headcount, turnover, hiring activity, benefits, and workforce trends.
  • Track and maintain HR and Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline metrics, and retention.
  • Support recruitment efforts including requisition tracking, job postings, and interview scheduling.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and reporting efficiency.
