Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor content creators in the development of corporate training videos.
  • Plan and implement content roadmap, timelines, and project delivery.
  • Review scripts, storyboards, visual assets, animations, and final videos to ensure content accuracy, instructional effectiveness, and learner engagement.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of training video projects while maintaining high production and learning-quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvements and best practices to increase team productivity and the effectiveness of video learning content.
