Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project or program management roles within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex implementation projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience working with external enterprise customers and internal stakeholders including sales, engineering, and product teams.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including scheduling, risk management, and governance.
  • Strong financial acumen, including understanding of project budgets, margins, revenue impact, and delivery economics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience managing escalations and navigating complex customer environments with professionalism and urgency.
  • Familiarity with cloud, data, API integrations, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex customer implementation programs, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and value realization of enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Own end-to-end project execution including planning, scope definition, timeline management, resource allocation, and delivery tracking.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams such as sales, engineering, product, and support.
  • Track and communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and ROI metrics to stakeholders.
  • Manage changes in project scope, timelines, and cost while ensuring appropriate governance and stakeholder alignment.
  • Predict, allocate, and optimize project resources to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation, status reports, and standardized delivery artifacts.
  • Manage escalations effectively across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, project governance, and customer engagement practices.
