Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a design leader shipping digital products at scale.
- Proven track record demonstrating impact across multiple teams and business areas.
- Experience designing and launching scalable programs to accelerate skill growth.
- Ability to co-create multi-quarter roadmaps and lead strategic staffing.
- Strong skills in systems thinking, interaction design, and content-aware UX.
- Expertise in leading projects from zero to one and iterating on mature surfaces.
- Collaborative spirit with experience partnering across cross-functional teams.
- Experience mentoring and leveling up other designers.
- Familiarity with Figma, design systems, and remote design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product area within the Transactions team.
- Create scalable systems for feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Drive programs that enhance people development and craft excellence.
- Explore problems, bring clarity to ambiguity, and deliver designs balancing growth with usability.
- Optimize transaction experiences and craft new activation surfaces.
- Partner with engineering, product, marketing, research, and content teams.
- Mentor other designers and shape design culture and processes.
