Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in revenue and accounting operations.
- Leadership experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- CPA or equivalent financial management qualification.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models (subscription billing, ARR/MRR, usage billing, deferred revenue).
- Hands-on experience with ERP and billing systems (e.g., NetSuite Suitebilling).
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with large data sets.
- Proven success leading and scaling teams and systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of ASC 606 revenue standard.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must be located in the Eastern or Central Timezone.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full order-to-cash (O2C) processes including billing and collections.
- Optimize ASC606-compliant revenue recognition processes.
- Partner with Data Analytics to align billing and revenue data with ARR/MRR metrics and forecasts.
- Build and maintain systems supporting subscription, renewal, and usage-based pricing models.
- Manage data flow between Salesforce, billing platforms, and NetSuite ERP.
- Lead system integrations and automation initiatives to improve scalability.
- Design and document internal controls across financial operations.
- Mentor a high-performing team and partner with Sales, Legal, and RevOps departments.
- Drive operational readiness for product expansion and international growth.
