Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or senior GTM operational roles in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience owning pipeline health and marketing-to-sales alignment at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated experience managing an outsourced or in-house SDR / BDR program.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong program management skills to manage complex GTM calendars and dependencies.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and accountability without direct authority.
  • Ability to present to and influence senior Sales Leadership.
  • Self-directed organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Travel as required by leadership, generally less than 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Own the MQL to opportunity handoff process to ensure prompt lead routing and follow-up.
  • Monitor pipeline generation weekly against targets and escalate risks to leadership.
  • Manage the outsourced SDR vendor, setting KPIs and ensuring alignment with GTM priorities.
  • Maintain the master GTM calendar by coordinating activities across marketing, sales, and partner programs.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to define lead quality standards and conversion benchmarks.
  • Coordinate GTM enablement content such as pricing, scoping tables, and proposal templates.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams for GTM calendar commitments.
