Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in web design, CMS management, or web development, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot CMS including building pages and managing templates.
- Strong visual design portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and conversion-focused design.
- Proficiency in front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and basic Javascript.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO principles and site audit implementation.
- Experience building and optimizing landing pages for demand generation and paid media.
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
- Collaborative and detail-oriented approach to creative and technical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily website operations in Hubspot CMS including page updates, module edits, and content publishing.
- Design and produce visually compelling, conversion-focused landing pages and microsites.
- Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, site audits, and page speed optimization.
- Write and maintain clean HTML, CSS, and Javascript/HubL for custom page layouts and templates.
- Monitor web performance metrics and manage project workflows from intake through launch.
- Coordinate with IT and GTM-Operations on technical logistics and third-party integrations.
