Requirements
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.
- Experience with subscription billing platforms like Chargebee.
- Experience with payment gateway integrations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data transfer workflows.
- Experience developing signup, checkout, or customer account management systems.
- Understanding of Australian GST and tax requirements for online payments.
- Ability to work independently and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly Desirable: Shopify development experience including Liquid and theme customization.
- Highly Desirable: Experience with Shopify APIs, inventory, and product catalogues.
- Highly Desirable: Experience working with Australian businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch the roadside assistance website and customer signup flow.
- Build a responsive, mobile-first subscription and checkout experience.
- Integrate Chargebee and payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal.
- Configure subscription plans, tax settings, and customer record management.
- Connect customer data with backend systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Create subscription management and admin support workflows.
- Design and develop a future Shopify store with theme customization and product setup.
