Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 3P management and continuous improvement practices.
- Prior industry experience in food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience with ERP, MRP, and MES software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Proven success using lean manufacturing tools and influential leadership.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience leading direct reports.
- Ability to travel 2-3 times per month.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations for third-party co-manufacturing partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with co-manufacturing leadership.
- Implement LEAN methodologies to improve quality, performance, and cost.
- Facilitate weekly KPI reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to track supplier performance.
- Collaborate with finance and CI teams to set budgets, drive corrective actions, and improve COGs.
- Provide operational insights for network volume allocation and S&OP planning.
- Negotiate agreements and terms with co-manufacturing partners.
