Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with expertise hiring business talent in technical, enterprise, or mission-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success recruiting across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions, or Revenue Operations.
- Experience recruiting in markets including public sector, defense, financial institutions, crypto, blockchain, DeFi, fintech, compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong outbound sourcing muscle with a proven ability to identify, engage, nurture, and close passive candidates.
- Experience partnering with senior go-to-market leaders to calibrate profiles, diagnose funnel challenges, and drive search outcomes.
- Strong command of pipeline metrics and conversion data.
- Comfort operating in a quota-like, fast-paced environment balancing multiple searches.
- Persuasive communication style with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent judgment regarding candidate quality, risk, and closing strategy.
- Applied AI fluency to accelerate workflows, structure problems, and improve output.
Responsibilities
- Build and own high-velocity talent pipelines for priority roles across Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- Manage the recruiting process as a sales funnel, overseeing everything from initial outreach to candidate close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders as a deal team to define priorities, hiring strategies, and search tradeoffs.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns using market intelligence and personalized messaging to engage passive candidates.
- Analyze pipeline metrics and conversion data to identify bottlenecks and optimize recruiting performance.
- Serve as a talent advisor to the business, providing insights on market dynamics, compensation trends, and hiring risks.
