Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dental Staff Recruitment required.
- DSO (Dental Support Organization) experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be located within Eastern or Central time zone.
- Strong communication and negotiating skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated personal integrity and accountability.
- Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time to attend dental conferences and career fairs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the business to drive all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process as a Strategic Talent Advisor.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements and talent landscape.
- Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Lead and influence candidate assessment and selection processes.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with successful candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and network with passive talent.
- Communicate recruiting activity and status updates to stakeholders.
- Leverage recruiting technology and tools to maximize quality and productivity.
- Improve recruiting processes and metrics in partnership with the broader Talent Acquisition team.
