Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience working with contracts.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing, editing, interpreting, and negotiating legal agreements.
- Specific experience reviewing and negotiating corporate master services agreements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various global offices.
- Ability to digest complex compliance practices and ensure consistent contractual drafting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, shift focus, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong client service focus and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Apttus/Conga (Salesforce) contract management system experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of GDPR, data protection laws, and AI-related legal developments is a plus.
- Law Degree is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor agreements, NDAs, SOWs, data processing agreements, and SaaS agreements.
- Manage the Contracts Queue and coordinate all aspects of contract management.
- Serve as the primary contact between the legal department and internal/external stakeholders for contract-related queries and status updates.
- Maintain the contract template library and manage knowledge management functions.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with established contract approval policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams regarding contract requirements.
- Execute special projects on an as-needed basis.
