- Review HICs uploaded by partners to ensure all information is accurate.
- Verify that contracts are uniform with GoodLeap loan documents and internal guidelines.
- Manage contract review cases within the Origin portal.
- Meet established productivity quotas.
- Adjust to changes in processes and procedures as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
