Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, healthcare consulting, provider contracting, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting provider network strategy development and negotiating provider contracts.
- 1+ years of experience running financial analyses on markets or product lines.
- 1+ years of experience navigating and organizing large data sets like claim files and provider rosters.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive improvement opportunities.
- Ability to manage complex contract terms and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional working experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement contracting strategies to align with network adequacy, development, and cost management objectives.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with healthcare providers to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of provider contracts to identify optimization opportunities.
- Utilize data and financial analytics to inform negotiation and contracting decisions.
- Meet defined metrics and SLAs regarding provider outreach and contract completion.
- Collaborate with the provider services team to support network education and communication.
- Monitor assigned networks for compliance and develop corrective action plans as needed.
