Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing strategy.
- Proven track record of directing high-visibility, multi-channel enterprise engagements with substantial media oversight ($25M+ monthly).
- Experience maintaining full accountability for budget orchestration, performance outcomes, and executive-level strategic communication.
- Demonstrated ownership of retention, upsell, and revenue outcomes.
- Extensive experience leading executive-level conversations with senior leadership.
- Ability to connect marketing performance to broader business outcomes.
- Experience working in an agency or consulting environment across cross-functional teams.
- Professional discipline and exceptional standard of executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior strategic lead and primary point of accountability for a high-value enterprise partnership.
- Cultivate deeply embedded, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders including C-suite and VP-level leadership.
- Lead high-visibility executive conversations such as QBRs, annual planning, and commercial renewal discussions.
- Drive long-term account strategy and identify growth opportunities aligned with client business objectives.
- Orchestrate integrated, cross-channel strategic planning across Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Creative, and Project Management teams.
- Maintain full accountability for retention strategy, account health, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee engagement performance, delivery quality, and resource allocation to ensure optimal profitability.
