Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in offering management, product management, program management, or go-to-market strategy.
- Strong knowledge of threat-focused cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, adversary emulation, or exposure management.
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, Healthcare, and CMMC.
- Experience supporting client-facing and pre-sales situations, including solutioning and proposal responses.
- Understanding of how cybersecurity services are packaged, sold, and consumed by enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in developing field enablement content and go-to-market materials.
- Experience with pricing, packaging, and margin analysis using financial models or bid sheets.
- Proven success launching or refreshing service offerings through cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity and compliance offerings from ideation to retirement.
- Partner with stakeholders to standardize services into repeatable, SKU-ready structures to improve scalability.
- Coordinate offering initiatives, including tracking, reporting, and documentation across governance forums.
- Create and maintain go-to-market sales collateral, including datasheets, whitepapers, and proposal materials.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide pricing support to inform packaging and margin strategy.
- Support pre-sales activities and cross-functional RFP responses for enterprise clients.
- Optimize scoping, quoting, and contracting workflows in collaboration with internal teams.
