Job Details

7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or platform products.
Experience with ad tech fundamentals, specifically audience targeting, programmatic inventory constraints, and cross-platform delivery.
Demonstrated experience improving user-facing workflows or journeys with a track record of shipping UX improvements.
Experience improving funnel or conversion metrics through iteration and measurement.
Proven ability to translate user needs into clear requirements for complex systems.
Experience driving product roadmaps as a lead IC PM, managing stakeholders, and squad-level prioritization.
Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered product features with measurable user impact.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Own and drive an existing squad's roadmap including quarterly planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
Lead the development of forecasting mechanisms for proposal deliverability across programmatic and direct channels.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end proposal creation workflows to reduce cycle time.
Define and evolve audience targeting capabilities including segments and inclusion/exclusion logic.
Reduce operational friction and errors in the proposal system through improved category validation and eligibility rules.
Translate user needs into clear PRDs, workflows, acceptance criteria, and rollout plans.
Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time.
Support rollout and training for sales and account teams to drive tool adoption.
