- Ability to balance between elegant and scrappy, iterative solutions.
- Experience working closely with product management and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Forward-thinking mindset with an interest in leveraging new technologies like AI.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the product design process from concept to completion.
- Conduct user research and use quantitative data to gain insights into user needs.
- Develop creative design solutions that address complex challenges in renewable energy procurement.
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure design alignment and technical feasibility.
- Maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product lines.
