Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably selling healthcare technology or clinical/operational solutions into provider organizations.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas, preferably of $4 million or more.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with health systems, hospitals, or academic medical centers.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline, build territory plans, and develop executive relationships.
- Strong understanding of provider healthcare operations, such as utilization management, care management, or population health.
- Proficiency using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage pipeline and forecast revenue.
- Experience developing proposals, supporting RFP/RFI responses, and participating in contract negotiations.
- Ability to travel 40%-60% of the time for customer meetings, trade shows, and events.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth for assigned provider markets and accounts, including new business, expansion, and renewal.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans that identify high-value prospects and actionable strategies.
- Proactively generate pipeline through prospecting, market research, and executive outreach.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving clinical, operational, financial, and IT decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and business cases.
- Manage complex sales cycles from discovery through proposal, negotiation, contracting, and close.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Solution Architects, Product, and Sales Operations to support strategic opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to document activity, manage pipeline, maintain forecasts, and track account strategy.
