Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent development certification.
- At least 10 years of engineering experience with at least 7 years in software architecture.
- Experience developing SaaS software using languages such as React, PHP, and MySQL.
- Proficiency with software development lifecycles including version control, build management, and unit testing.
- Experience deploying solutions and provisioning environments with best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment systems.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices including OWASP Top 10 and code scanning.
- Experience delivering AI-backed features end-to-end in production including LLM API or ML service integration.
Responsibilities
- Build reliable AI systems in production including prompt management, evaluation, regression testing, and monitoring.
- Establish responsible AI practices concerning privacy, data handling, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Define incremental architectural changes that minimize risk while guiding the software roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine architectural priorities.
- Build, fix, and improve high-value code.
- Train team members on development practices, new techniques, and architectural standards.
