10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in Staff or Principal roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record architecting developer-facing platforms or productivity systems at scale.
Deep expertise in CI/CD systems, build infrastructure, and GitOps deployment patterns.
Production experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
Experience designing self-service developer portals or 'golden path' tooling.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs or AI agent development.
Proficiency in Go (preferred), Rust, Java, or Python.
Strong technical leadership and ability to influence stakeholders.
Comfort with autonomous work in a distributed, remote-first environment.

Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for developer tooling, CI/CD, and AI-powered tools.
Lead authoring of SDLC tenets and build mechanisms for design gates, code review gates, and pipeline standards.
Architect and build the internal developer platform to enable self-service scaffolding, deployment, and operation of services.
Design highly available, scalable infrastructure for hosting developer tools and AI agent frameworks.
Establish reliability, security, and performance standards including SLOs, monitoring, and incident response.
Mentor senior and staff engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence across the engineering organization.
Evaluate emerging technologies in AI/LLM and platform engineering to inform long-term technical strategy.
