Requirements

  • 10 years of experience overseeing full lifecycle medium to large complex multi-year EPC projects in commercial/industrial construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
  • Understanding of commercial/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical contracting, cooling systems, process piping, and SLDs.
  • PMP, CCM, or CPC certification.
  • Access to federal worksites is required, including meeting eligibility requirements and background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects while controlling budgets and operational functions.
  • Perform proposal development, resource management, budget forecasting, and schedule management.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Estimate proposal budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Present project strategy, adjustments, and estimates to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong federal customer relationships.
  • Observe and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
