Requirements
- 10 years of experience overseeing full lifecycle medium to large complex multi-year EPC projects in commercial/industrial construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program.
- Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Understanding of commercial/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical contracting, cooling systems, process piping, and SLDs.
- PMP, CCM, or CPC certification.
- Access to federal worksites is required, including meeting eligibility requirements and background checks.
Responsibilities
- Manage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects while controlling budgets and operational functions.
- Perform proposal development, resource management, budget forecasting, and schedule management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Estimate proposal budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Present project strategy, adjustments, and estimates to stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong federal customer relationships.
- Observe and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
