Requirements
- 8+ years in event management, with 3+ at a senior or director level.
- Proven track record conceiving and producing company-owned flagship events (500+ attendees) and C-suite roundtables.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or institutional investment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage six-figure budgets and link event activity to measurable business outcomes.
- Highly organized with experience running multiple programs simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building skills for recruiting senior speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
- Ability to act as a player-coach, operating strategically with leadership while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with event technology and CRM/marketing automation integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and produce Securitize's owned portfolio, including flagship conferences, investor summits, and executive roundtables.
- Manage the full lifecycle of events from concept and positioning to on-site execution and follow-through.
- Set sponsorship strategy and manage presence at industry events like Consensus, DC Fintech Week, and Milken.
- Partner with Capital Markets, Institutional Sales, and Marketing to align event activity with pipeline, issuer origination, and AUM growth.
- Manage event budgets with full P&L accountability, including negotiating with vendors, venues, and production partners.
- Build and manage a small internal team and agency relationships.
