Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in IT staffing.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new logos and growing accounts to $2M–$5M+.
  • Hands-on experience working within MSP environments and VMS platforms.
  • Established network of hiring managers, procurement leads, or CXO contacts in the Bay Area.
  • Experience selling to Silicon Valley clients (tech, SaaS, semiconductor, or enterprise).
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate leads independently.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and open net-new client relationships across technology, semiconductor, and enterprise sectors.
  • Sell IT staffing and workforce solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire) targeting $2M–$5M deal values.
  • Navigate and win within MSP/VMS-managed programs (Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, IQN).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Phizenix recruiting teams to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close, and account growth.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
