Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in BD, partnerships, or sales roles within the crypto industry.
- Native crypto market knowledge, including understanding KOL deal structures.
- Hunter sales mentality with experience self-sourcing leads through conferences, Telegram, and a personal network.
- Strong track record of managing multiple KOL relationships concurrently.
- Active warm book of crypto project contacts with marketing budgets in the $50k–$500k range.
- Based in a major Web3 hub (e.g., Singapore, Dubai, London, New York, Seoul, Hong Kong).
- Operational self-sufficiency in managing CRM and performance reporting.
- Ability to work effectively without a support team.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales pipeline from first contact through to signed deal.
- Source, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new crypto project sponsors, KOLs, and affiliates.
- Drive outreach proactively via Telegram BD communities, Crypto Twitter, and conference floors.
- Manage multiple KOL partnerships simultaneously, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and communication standards.
- Coordinate with content and operations teams to ensure sponsor integrations are fulfilled to brief.
- Deliver detailed post-campaign reports to demonstrate ROI and secure renewals.
- Work toward a consistent $150k–$200k monthly revenue target.
