Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on web and mobile platforms.
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, high-traffic web and mobile applications end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to bridge technical architecture with design thinking.
- Hands-on expertise with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and mobile development approaches (native, hybrid, or cross-platform such as React Native/Flutter).
- Solid experience with back-end architecture, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineering teams and driving architectural governance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end architecture for web and mobile applications, including front-end, back-end, integration, and infrastructure layers.
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure architectural decisions support seamless, intuitive, and accessible user experiences.
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across web and mobile platforms.
- Lead technology evaluations and make build-vs-buy recommendations for frameworks, tools, and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Conduct architecture reviews, performance audits, and risk assessments across projects.
- Drive adoption of modern development practices like microservices, API-first design, and cloud-native architecture.
- Support pre-sales, client presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
