Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering.
  • 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • Strong background in relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
  • Deep understanding of schema design, indexing, and query performance.
  • Hands-on experience building modern web applications with React, Svelte, Vue, or Node.js.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into actionable outcomes for customers.
  • Experience with stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and grow a team of CSAs to serve as trusted technical advisors.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scale the CSA motion across the customer journey.
  • Develop onboarding, training, and development plans for CSA technical growth.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of successful outcomes for Team and Enterprise accounts.
  • Lead technical discovery and guide platform demonstrations for high-value customers.
  • Define and execute proof-of-value scopes to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Provide technical coaching on architecture reviews, schema design, and performance tuning.
