Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of overall experience in the IT industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager on technical or software development projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience working with distributed teams and cross-functional environments.
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are consistently met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align on project goals and execution plans.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and practices, ensuring effective sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and prioritization across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, project efficiency, and team collaboration.
- Support requirement gathering and translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to project governance standards.
