Job Details

10+ years of project/program management experience within a consulting environment.
Experience delivering transformation projects.
Experience leading large enterprise client projects with $500,000 - $10,000,000 in consulting services.
Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
Experience leading a program with multiple projects and workstreams.
Experience leading project teams ranging in size from 3 to 50 people.
Deep knowledge of NICE CXone or other cloud telephony platforms (Genesys Pure Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco, Avaya) preferred.
Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and drive collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
PMP or other project management certification strongly preferred.
Ability to travel up to 30%.

Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program and project clients.
Maintain frequent and direct contact with senior-level managers, directors, and executives regarding technical expertise and project status.
Lead overall implementation of large enterprise projects and small programs with team sizes ranging from 3 to 50 people.
Drive program management functions including communication plans, tracking, reporting, escalation processes, and documentation.
Ensure client stakeholder alignment and drive overall program customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver financial reporting dashboards to project stakeholders.
Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints, and implement mitigation actions.
Manage the program resource plan, project plan, and schedule.
Coach project team members to optimize efficiency.
Assist in the continuous improvement of established project management methodologies.
