Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role supporting enterprise-level technical implementations or transformation programs.
  • Experience interfacing with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team.
  • Ability to lead efforts to navigate and manage complex customer requests involving multiple parties and high-volume distributed systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all internal and customer levels.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and facilitate win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to travel as needed (typically less than 15%).

Responsibilities

  • Develop a trusted relationship with key technical and business stakeholders and become an expert on customer implementations.
  • Understand customer trends, analyse patterns, and identify action plans for critical issue prevention and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to deliver business reviews focused on technical requests and support tickets.
  • Partner closely with Technical Support, Engineering, and Product Management to understand customer environments and challenges.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to ensure differentiated delivery of support.
  • Identify revenue expansion opportunities and alert relevant account team members.
  • Monitor systems and tools, engaging on technical issues on behalf of clients.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by aligning customer goals with Aria's vision and strategy.
