Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role supporting enterprise-level technical implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience interfacing with executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team.
- Ability to lead efforts to navigate and manage complex customer requests involving multiple parties and high-volume distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all internal and customer levels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and facilitate win-win outcomes.
- Ability to travel as needed (typically less than 15%).
Responsibilities
- Develop a trusted relationship with key technical and business stakeholders and become an expert on customer implementations.
- Understand customer trends, analyse patterns, and identify action plans for critical issue prevention and risk mitigation.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to deliver business reviews focused on technical requests and support tickets.
- Partner closely with Technical Support, Engineering, and Product Management to understand customer environments and challenges.
- Act as a strategic advisor to ensure differentiated delivery of support.
- Identify revenue expansion opportunities and alert relevant account team members.
- Monitor systems and tools, engaging on technical issues on behalf of clients.
- Foster long-term partnerships by aligning customer goals with Aria's vision and strategy.
