Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in a Key Account Management (KAM) position.
- Proven experience within the HRIS ecosystem.
- Experience managing large enterprise groups.
- Strong background in B2B markets.
- Fluent or native proficiency in French.
- Fluent or native proficiency in English.
- Excellent organizational and responsiveness skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Optimistic, challenge-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Establish sales and loyalty strategies for each key account customer.
- Build relationships with key contacts within assigned client accounts.
- Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
- Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct sales negotiations and manage contract renewals.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to customer community engagement through partnerships and events.
