Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in a Key Account Management (KAM) position.
  • Proven experience within the HRIS ecosystem.
  • Experience managing large enterprise groups.
  • Strong background in B2B markets.
  • Fluent or native proficiency in French.
  • Fluent or native proficiency in English.
  • Excellent organizational and responsiveness skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Optimistic, challenge-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Establish sales and loyalty strategies for each key account customer.
  • Build relationships with key contacts within assigned client accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
  • Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct sales negotiations and manage contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to customer community engagement through partnerships and events.
